Mauro and his Simple Construction crew did a beautiful job for us, replacing old helmet-style gutter guards with modern mesh covers. Arrived on time, respectful of property, cleaned up well at end of job. Perfect! Simple Construction is our go-to now.

We had excellent service with Simple Construction Roofing Co. They were very professional and throughout the process - providing us with pictures and explanations of the work being done on our roof. They also impressed us with completing the whole process of work before leaving -- a 12 hour job for the workers! We are also impressed with the warranty offered with the work. We would recommend them to everyone.

Simple Construction Roofing replaced our roof with GAF Timberland HDZ Architectural Shingles. Mauro Rodriguez was the Project Manager and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. He went through every step of the process, clearly explaining what materials they would be using and how they would be installed. He provided a detailed estimate, handled replacement of the damaged decking professionally and left the site clean and free of debris. Communication was through phone, text and email and very clear throughout the process. I would highly recommend Simple Construction Roofing.
